- Collaboration: Working closely with our research and advisory teams to deliver data-backed insights, enabling clients to make informed homebuying decisions.
- Client Relationship Building: Nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they experience a smooth, well-guided, and rewarding homebuying journey.
- Market Awareness: Staying updated on residential projects and real estate trends to offer clients relevant and accurate advice.
Your 2-3 core duties In this job are
- Advising Homebuyers: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide customized, data-driven advice on residential projects.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data on real estate projects to deliver accurate, well-informed insights and recommendations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, guiding clients through complex decisions and ensuring a delightful experience.
What it takes to be successful in this job
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales role, ideally in high-involvement products or services; experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
- Educational Background: MBA from a Tier-2 college.
- Mission-Oriented Mindset: Genuine passion for transforming the homebuying experience, with a focus on empowering clients with valuable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
