We are seeking a proactive and influential Sales Associate to join our distinguished team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the US job market, exceptional English fluency, and a proven track record in sales and client relationship management. This role is designed for a professional who excels at presenting Jobslink Inc.s comprehensive services, engaging potential clients, and supporting them in utilizing our services to advance their career goals in the USA and Canada.

Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including students and job seekers.- Effectively communicate the advantages and unique value of Jobslink Inc. s services.
Utilize extensive knowledge of the US job market to tailor advice and service offerings to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, offering expert guidance and continuous support.
Achieve and surpass client engagement and service adoption targets through strategic outreach and innovative approaches.- Conduct thorough needs assessments to provide customized recommendations and solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement advanced client engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and activities within the CRM system.
Provide strategic feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and potential service improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Engineering or a related field.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client engagement, business development, or a related role, preferably within the education or recruitment sectors.
Deep understanding of the US job market and the unique challenges faced by international students and job seekers.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to persuade and influence.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client engagement and service targets.- High degree of empathy with a strong customer service orientation.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Experience working in US industries is highly desirable.
