Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team in an entry or mid-level role. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, sharing our services, and helping drive our growth. This role includes reaching out to new clients, managing client relationships, and working to close sales for two key areas:

1. Marketing & Graphic Design Services

2. Website Development & Shopify Store Development

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to introduce our services to potential clients.

Understand client needs and recommend the right service offerings.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Follow up on leads and manage your sales pipeline.

Work towards meeting monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience are welcome.

Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with clients.

Ability to understand basic IT and digital services.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Experience in any client-facing role is a plus.
