- Lead Generation and Rider Scouting
- Scout and identify potential delivery riders in the target area.
- Build a pipeline of interested delivery riders and maintain accurate records of leads.
- Visit delivery service hubs, restaurants, and other places where delivery riders are active.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for two-wheeler sales through loans.
- Track sales metrics and report progress to the sales manager.
- Customer Outreach and Engagement
- Engage with delivery riders through in-person meetings, phone calls, and follow-ups.
- Provide riders with detailed product knowledge and financing options.
- Build relationships with delivery riders to create trust and influence purchase decisions.
- Loan Facilitation and Documentation
- Educate riders on loan processes, EMI plans, and eligibility criteria.
- Assist potential buyers with completing loan application forms and gathering necessary documents.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the rider and the loan department to secure approvals.
- Market Intelligence and Feedback
- Gather insights about competitors offerings and market trends in the delivery rider segment.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding pricing, features, or financing based on rider needs.
- Customer Relationship Management (Post-Sales)
- Follow up with riders post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and help resolve any loan or bike-related issues.
- Handle rider queries related to bike maintenance, EMI payment schedules, etc.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate daily reports on sales, lead status, and follow-up outcomes.
- Submit regular sales and performance reports to the sales manager.
- Promotional Activities
- Organize and participate in promotional events at delivery rider gathering spots to showcase the two-wheeler and loan options.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and flyers to delivery riders.
- Compliance and Ethics
- Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical practices in all sales activities.
- Ensure that loan documentation and customer information is handled confidentially and securely.
