Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate - Real Estate at Finplify Technologies in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis. This individual contributor role requires a self-motivated professional with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct property presentations and tours to showcase the features and benefits of available listings.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on real estate investment opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance, outlining achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, property values, and legal aspects of transactions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
