Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and their current Infra setup.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on client requirements.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the cloud offerings you'll be selling.
- Lead Generation:
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify leads.
- Actively contribute to expanding the customer base.
- Sales Process:
- Assist in the end-to-end sales process:
- Negotiate terms.
- Customer Relationship:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Requirements:
Fresher or experience can apply, graduates with basic computer knowledge are preferred ie. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Good communication and collaboration skills with onsite/remote teams.
Having experience in sales support, customer service is an added advantage.
