Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and excellent customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Malay; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
A positive and energetic attitude with a passion for retail.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not required.
