Sales Associate

Managing customers and achieving sales target every quarter by various given leads generated from print media or digital media and Cold calling.

Showing the asked projects to the interested customers and converting them into genuine buyers.

Do daily basis follow-ups and keep track of all active leads and ensuring towards closure as per managers guidance

Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.

Giving clear understanding of the project and related services.

Control expenses and monitor budgets

Monitoring Daily activities of Team

Rigorous follow up of Lead

Validating and Fixing Site Visits for the projects assigned

Handling customers who come for site visit.

Ensure deal closure

Follow up with developers for collection

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
