As a Sales Associate in our Wealth Management division, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by generating leads and converting prospects into valued clients. You will actively seek out opportunities in the field, build relationships, and present our comprehensive range of wealth management services to potential clients. Your ability to connect with individuals and understand their financial needs will be crucial in our mission to deliver exceptional financial guidance.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to discuss their financial needs and present our wealth management services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring a high level of service.- Develop customized solutions to address clients financial goals and objectives.
Collaborate with financial advisors and other team members to create tailored strategies for clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
Stay informed about market trends, investment products, and industry regulations to effectively communicate with clients.- Attend networking events and seminars to promote the firm's services and engage with potential clients.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
