Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant to support our sales team in delivering outstanding service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and real estate, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about interior design and real estate services.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for property viewings and design consultations.
Prepare and present sales materials, including brochures and presentations.
Maintain and update client records and manage correspondence.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Assist in organizing and promoting sales events, open houses, and design showcases.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in real estate or interior design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of real estate and interior design trends is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
