About the role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our

business growth by reaching out to prospective customers and setting appointments for our sales team. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and contribute to the success of our company while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads and prospects within our target market.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, or other communication channels to

introduce our company's products/services.

  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and

pain points.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to

prospects.

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer software and CRM systems.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
