Role Description

We are seeking aSales and Service Specialistto join the Albatross Media team full-time in Mumbai. The Specialist will manage client communications, enhance customer service, support the sales process, and conduct training sessions to drive overall satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales by identifying client needs, proposing effective solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct and coordinate training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure standards and product knowledge are met.
• Work closely with the sales team to execute, monitor, and optimize sales strategies.
• Report on sales performance, offer insights, and assist with achieving key metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
• Marketing or sales experience, especially in related fields, is a plus.
