Sales and service Executive

Photonik Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a technology-driven company located in Vasai. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Executive. The Sales and Service Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving customer issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Knowledge of laser solutions and technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
