Educational Qualification: Biomedical engineering, Degree in Pharma, Nursing, other paramedical science
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Salary:25,000 - 30,000 + Attractive incentive
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving annual sales and profit objectives.
- To obtain new business and increase recurring sales through relationship selling.
- Conduct medical camps.
- Keep track of leads, and activities and follow up tightly to convert leads to orders.
- Responsible for developing, and monitoring sales activities and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability, and category share for assigned customers.
- Developing good relationships with Doctors, Purchasers & Biomedical staff in Hospitals and giving them personalized sales presentations.
- Set short- and long-term sales strategies and targets for the team, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Conduct demonstrations of medical devices to customers.
- Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts.
- Submit daily reports (daily) and weekly plans (every Saturday) to senior managers.
- Keep track of leads, and activities and follow up tightly to convert leads to orders.
Required skills & knowledge
- Min 2-5 years of experience in Sales profile.
- Relevant experience in the medical device industry is a must.
- Field exposure in the target market will be an added advantage.
- Good Communication skills.
- Experience in medical device sales to hospitals.
- Should travel across the state to meet doctors and hospital heads to promote and sell the products.
- Should be sharp, aggressive, and have tenacity and perseverance to achieve results
- Should hold a valid driver's license minimum 2-wheeler
