Job Description: Sales and Operations Coordinator
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science, particularly in Mathematics or Economics, and will excel in communication, follow-up, and logical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate sales activities, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
- Liaise between sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Track sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate logistics, inventory management, and supply chain activities.
- Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance productivity.
- Communication and Follow-up:
- Maintain strong communication channels with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on sales inquiries, orders, and operational issues.
- Provide clear, concise, and logical responses to queries from stakeholders.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize mathematical and economic principles to analyze sales and operational data.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to support decision-making processes.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in sales coordination, operations management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to follow up diligently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
