We are seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to oversee daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency.

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets

- Oversee daily operations, including logistics, inventory management, and customer service
- Meet clients and build a rapport with them.
- Introduction and Development of new products in our brand.
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency
- Manage budgets and resources to achieve sales and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- 3+ years of experience in sales and operations management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency
