_Functional Description _
Development of all business channels to build Nestlings brand awareness and provide educational advice to students and counsellors of Schools and Colleges across Pan India.
Setting up enrolment plan & guiding sales teams for its ground level implementation.
Should come up with multiple strategies to drive large number of sales, set up the process, manage the team and execute the process.
Planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns in Schools/Colleges and Universities in Pan India.
As part of the core leadership team, resource is responsible for Brand Positioning, Communication, Analytics, & Lead Management functions across Relevant Geographies.
Agent Network development & Management, consistent growth in agent network.
Conducting Seminars, events participation to promote Nestlings and expand business.
Academic alliances, presentations, and Business Development.
Coordinate and implement various recruitment programs and marketing strategies for territorial or local on-site admission programs and special events relating to targeted freshman, transfer, or under-represented groups in the fulfilment of recruitment efforts.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
To manage and sustain relationships with key partners (Universities and Colleges) in the areas specified above and identifying new partnerships that will enable the business to grow at a faster rate.
Tracking competition through research and analysis of Pricing, catchment, global trends in education industry, fee structure, and promotional strategies of competition.
Working on set of accounts, increasing revenues base, and retaining the existing bandwidth in terms of numbers of clients and revenue.
Developing formal plans for continuous improvement, measurement in terms of management goals, customer service and counselling delivery, client relationships.
Should have in-depth knowledge and experience of dealing in the required formalities and documentation concerning the applicant's profile including visa, country-specific health insurance, etc.
Responsible for complete sales funnel management, maintaining all students enquiries, follow up with the students, solving their queries and complete enrolment/admission process.
Strong-willed and highly motivated; eager to learn new skills and contribute to the success of prospective employer.
Self -driven accomplisher and team leader who can achieve big targets.
Possess effective management skills; plan and prioritise workload to ensure all deliverables are executed within the timeframes set.
Possesses problem solving skills, knows art of managing chaos and complexities, building digital behaviours, execution with speed and bringing out best in teams.
15 20+ years of experience in running study abroad business.
Good network in the industry
Proven revenue generation of $3M + Annually.
