Duties
The main goal of sales and operations Lead is to build a scalable sales and operations process with high SLA (high customer satisfaction).
- You will make sure that customer queries are answered on time and to customer satisfaction.
- You will use the data to improve customer processes and implement new features and tools to enhance customer experience.
- You will build a scalable processes that could handle volume of queries efficiently.
- You will make processes to convert new customers and satisfy existing customers to become repeat customers
- You will work with the CRM team to fix bugs and errors
- You will plan for projected volume of queries and need for new hiring.
- You will prepare a system to hire and train associates on the processes and tools.
Essential Qualifications
- Background in Materials Science, Mechanical, Chemical or related fields is a must. Background could be educational background or work history in the related field.
- Experience managing technical operations
- Entrepreneurial experience is a plus
