Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
o Responsible for International Marketing and Sales planning for generating
business leads by identifying potential global markets of the products the
company deals with.
o Develop & deliver the marketing programs within each territory and launching
new products by gathering market and competitor intelligence.
o Manage products sales and inquiries from assigned international sales
territories.
o Develop distinguished; individualize business and marketing plan for each
country and account.
o Continuous watching & monitoring of Competitor activities, promotional
activities and accordingly design specific Strategies / Policies to strengthen
market share of our brand.
o Deploy sales growth strategies determined by global product development
staff and executive team.
o Research and identify market product data, industry trends and competitor
information for development of new strategies.
o Provide support to distributors in the assigned sales territory and work with
distributors to generate new leads.
o Work with existing clients on new products or changes to current products.
o Ensure sales, product marketing and business development tactics and
processes meet compliance of each country.
o Co-ordinate Digital Marketing activities (social media/ Website/ Emailer
campaigns/ Bloggers & You-tubers/ Other related jobs)
o Travel and arrange Trade Shows.
o Co-ordinate Expo activities (Exhibitions/Fest/ Other related jobs)
o Co-ordinate with Branding & Packaging Agency for New Packaging
development (Core products)
o Undertake Product tastings both in-house & for technical trainings to Partners/
Buyers (Subject to Smoker)
o All other activities which will be undertaken for Marketing & Branding
Others:
o Well versed in MS office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
o Flexibility and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight
deadlines.
