We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Sales and Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales and marketing efforts of our organization. You will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, develop strategic plans, and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns to achieve company objectives. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that align with company objectives and target market segments.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales and marketing opportunities and develop effective strategies.
Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, monitor progress, and take proactive measures to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
Drive the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and advertising.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, identify new business opportunities, and nurture existing accounts.
Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and present findings to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the sales and marketing strategies of the organization.
