Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Counselor at Vishal Consultants in Bhopal. The Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic techniques to support clients mental health and well-being.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in providing counseling services and conducting assessments
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and mental health interventions
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensure or certification as a counselor or therapist (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude
