We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the Delhi NCR region. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in the welding consumables sector. This role involves managing dealer relationships, acquiring new customers, and introducing new products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Dealer Acquisition:**
- Identify and approach potential dealers to expand our distribution network.
- Negotiate terms and establish partnerships with new dealers.
2. **Customer Acquisition:**
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to drive sales growth.
3. **Channel Management:**
- Strengthen and streamline relationships with existing dealers.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide necessary support to enhance their sales efforts.
- Address and resolve dealer concerns promptly.
4. **Product Development and Introduction:**
- Collaborate with the product team to introduce new products to the existing dealer network.
- Organize product demonstrations and promotional events to increase product visibility.
- Gather feedback from dealers and customers to support product improvements.
5. **Sales Strategy and Reporting:**
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet regional targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the welding consumables or industrial products sector.
- Strong understanding of dealer networks and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
