Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Technowin Solutions Private Limited in Mira Bhayandar. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, and training. Additionally, the Specialist will oversee sales management and generate leads while maintaining existing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales and sales management
• Ability to provide training and support to clients
• Knowledge of HR and payroll software solutions, TallyPrime is a plus
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
