Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven IT Sales and Marketing Specialist to identify, pursue, and onboard new clients for our software testing services. This is a remote, incentive-based role, offering a flat 10% of the profit for each successful client onboarding. Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, research, and outreach

- Build relationships with potential clients, understanding their testing needs and pain points

- Present ShellExa's software testing services, highlighting our unique value proposition

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements

- Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

- Meet and exceed sales targets, earning incentives for each successful client onboarding

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in IT sales or a related field

- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong network in the IT industry

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with self-motivation and discipline

- Strong understanding of software testing and quality assurance concepts

- Familiarity with the Indian IT market and industry trends

Incentive Structure:
