Job Description

1) Job Title: General Manager/Regional Sales Manager/Branch Manager/Area Sales Manager/Sales Executive/Sales Officer

2) Location: Punjab

3) Experience: Proven Experience in sales.

4) CTC: Based on Position/Experience

5) Qualification: MBA/Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

Industry: FMCG/FMCD/Electrical/Electronics/White Goods

6) Job Summary:

A) Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and be able to articulate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant stakeholders to achieve collective sales goals.

B) Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite).

C) Additional Information:

  • This position will require consistent travelling.
  • Flexible work hours may be necessary to accommodate client meetings and events.
  • Compensation package may include base salary, commission, variable and benefits.
