Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Pay2perQ. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management activities. The role is based in Pune, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management skills
• Training skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and marketing plans
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Should be able to Build Team of 3 Sales & marketing executive
• Should be well versed with HRMS domain is a mandatory ask.

Salary range - 15L to 20L + sales commission at 10% on deals closure( Monthly basis).
