N3 Business Advisors is a boutique M&A advisory firm based in Ontario, Canada that specializes in assisting owners of construction companies with the purchase and sale of their business. Our core focus is on working with construction businesses such as HVAC companies, landscaping businesses, mechanical contractors, building or construction material suppliers, electrical contractors, general contractors, civil engineering firms, and other ancillary companies within the construction space. We provide a full spectrum of services including business transition planning, business valuations, business acquisitions, business sales, transaction due diligence, and more to small to mid-size businesses with annual revenues between $1M and $30M.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist who is a versatile professional with a strong grasp of marketing strategies. This role requires someone who can independently drive initiatives to enhance our brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and awareness.
  • Generate innovative ideas and work on those approved by the President for content creation, graphic design, and promotional campaigns.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels.
  • Work on creating attractive lead magnets for the website.
  • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Understandthe market requirements and proposethe updated ideas to the President
  • Work on creating content for webinars, blogs, podcasts and Youtube videos

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing.
  • Strong creative thinking skills and ability to generate original ideas.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools/software and graphic design platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
