Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our efforts in driving sales and expanding market presence for Magnolia Handbag Brand across Delhi, Punjab, Kolkata, and Maharashtra. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to promote and sell Magnolia handbags in the designated regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including retail partnerships, distribution channels, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships and drive sales growth.
- Lead sales activities, including presentations, negotiations, and contract signings, to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fashion accessories or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
