Responsibilities:
Source new business from open market/DSA
Proactively reach out to potential clients and explain the entire process of unsecured & secured loan while setting correct expectations
Achieve the Budgeted sales target from open market on monthly basis
Effectively manage connector and builder relationship to ensure strong business
Ensure digital leads are converted login to disbursement
Organize and track all potential leads and maintain proper MIS
Identify and Develop New channel relationships in existing/new markets to increase business
Experience in channel sales, channel management
Should be able to do DSA emplacement
Able to solve queries of the customers
Job Requirements:
Experience of 1 to 5 years in DSA Sales required
Should be HSC / any Graduate
Good in communications & negotiation skills
