Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Armino Designs. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks including sales, Customer walkthrough of experience centre and signups . This role will be based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work (bringing in the business to the company should be worked on even if work from home is taken)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
• Strong sales management abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of Real Estate sector .
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Manage social media platforms, create compelling content, and engage with online visibility and conversions.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
