Job Title: Sales Representative - Freshers Opening
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on generating corporate orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales of our products/services in the corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Corporate Clients: Research and target potential corporate clients to generate sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to new prospects through various channels (cold calling, emails, networking events).
- Build & Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions.
- Sales Presentations & Pitches: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to corporate decision-makers.
- Negotiate Contracts: Prepare and negotiate terms of agreements, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Account Management: Provide post-sale support, manage client relationships, and work to expand orders within existing corporate accounts.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to overall company sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in corporate sales or B2B environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
Skills:
- Experience in generating large, bulk, or corporate orders added advantage.
- Understanding of product offerings within the company's industry.
- Networking capabilities to connect with corporate buyers and procurement managers.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
