- Sales and Client Management:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electronics manufacturing sector.- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Manufacturing Coordination:
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to understand production capabilities and timelines.
- Communicate client requirements and specifications to the production team.
Ensure that manufacturing processes meet the quality standards expected by clients.- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
Product Knowledge:- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product offerings and manufacturing processes.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients and sales teams.- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electronics manufacturing.
Customer Service:- Address and resolve any client issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
Provide post-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure long-term relationships.
Reporting and Documentation:- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market analysis.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client communications, and production updates.- Assist in the development of sales strategies and business plans.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and manufacturing within the electronics industry.
Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with PCB design and manufacturing.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and microcontroller/microprocessor architectures.
Understanding of quality control and testing processes in electronics manufacturing.- Familiarity with communication protocols and interfacing peripherals and sensors.
