As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for conducting webinars and delivering engaging demos to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our digital business card solution. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities - Conduct webinars and online presentations to introduce and demonstrate the functionality of our digital business card product.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate and highlight them during demos.
- Identify potential target markets and customer segments to focus marketing and sales efforts.
- Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and industry associations.
- Actively engage with prospects to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and videos, to support sales efforts.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our product in the market.
