Job Description

  • Forecast Management: Develop and maintain accurate sales and marketing forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives
  • Pipeline Performance Analysis: Analyze the sales and marketing pipeline to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
  • Areas of focus include sales stage length, average deal size, win/loss ratios, conversion rates along the funnel, and lead process effectiveness
  • Provide recommendations to enhance pipeline efficiency and effectiveness
  • ROI Analysis: Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of sales and marketing initiatives, including marketing campaigns, inside sales programs, events, and other prospecting activities
  • Develop insights to guide resources towards most effective activities
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and consistency within the sales and marketing systems
  • Identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in the data
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, such as pipeline generation, conversion rates, and sales velocity
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and pricing and proposals, to align pipeline strategies with overall business objectives
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance automation, and implement best practices for sales and marketing pipeline management
  • We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Sales and Marketing Pipeline Analyst to join our team
  • The primary focus of this role is to manage and optimize the sales and marketing pipeline, ensuring efficient lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing analytics, or a similar role
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification a plus
