Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve high performance.- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other functions hosted at the hotel.
