Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function. The work model for the role is -Onsite. This role is contributing to our Electrification Business Faridabad, India. . You will be mainly accountable for:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote EV chargers and increase market share.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the EV charging industry.
- Sales Management: Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
- Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotions.
Qualifications For The Role
- Must have B.E Power Electronics -Electrical or Diploma in Engineering preferably PGDBA in Mar-keting and Sales domain with minimum 12+ years of experience in Electrical and Electronics in-dustry.
- Proven experience in a sales and marketing leadership role, preferably in the EV or related in-dustry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
