Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product offerings.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.- Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Experience in ERP is advantageous.- Willingness to travel as needed.
