dedicated to helping our clients reimagine their homes, aligning their short-term and
long-term goals with our forward-thinking interior solution
Job Responsibilities
Achieve Monthly Targets: Meet the company's monthly targets for product mix
through effective sales strategies.
Lead Management: Take ownership of leads assigned, ensuring regular follow-ups
and efficient management.
Revenue Forecasting: Provide weekly revenue forecasts to achieve monthly targets
and monitor sales performance.
Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver
compelling product presentations.
Lead Forecasting: Identify and forecast potential leads, creating a reliable weekly
revenue plan to drive sales growth.
New Business Development: Consistently close new business deals at or above
quota levels.
Product and Competition Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products
and the competitive landscape to enhance sales closure.
Client Understanding: Understand client pain points and expectations, striving to
exceed their expectations.
Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning,
implementing new ideas to improve performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management
2-4 years of sales experience from any industry with a consumer insights
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to create and implement successful sales strategies
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in the furniture or home decor industry is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Pay: 40,500.00 - 53,500.08 per month
