Continuous prospecting & Recruitment of POSPs.
Regular Training & Development of POSPs as per the schedule.
Joint calls with POSPs as and when required.
Daily reporting as per Morning & Evening timeline along with the review on progress with line manager.
Attend meetings, Morning Huddle, calls as per the schedule.
Attend all the trainings, other skill builders & development programs regularly.
Provide prompt and timely after sales service to all the associated POSPs and their customers.
Ensure 13th month & regular persistency for smooth running of business.
Ensure frequent activities for customer engagement.
Work dedicatedly to ensure performance targets and goal sheet to achieve monthly & annually as per the PMS.
Ensure to deliver policies to new clients and explain benefits & associated risk of the policy.
Re assess the policy needs of existing customers on life changing events.
Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports
Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
Basic Eligibility and qualification
Any graduate with good communication skill and open market knowledge.
Strong customer relationship
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must be good in developing, coaching and nurturing the team.
Impeccable interpersonal skills and polite attitude.
Well organized with time great management abilities
