Thoroughly understand the product/s & pricing through reading, research and discussions with the team
- Proactively identify & qualify leads through visits, cold calls, emails, and pitch to marketing managers and founders
Coordinate and follow-up with prospective clients over calls and virtual meetings- Close deals, assist in onboarding clients, educate them about product features
Resolve complaints quickly and effectively
- Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Recommend upselling and cross-selling opportunities- Develop high-quality customer service processes
Experience in sales, marketing or customer service preferred- Proven record / or drive to meet or exceed sales targets
Exceptional verbal / written communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and taking initiative
Ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Ability to foster positive relationships
