Overview
The Sales and Marketing Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing teams in executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the development of marketing strategies. This role is essential for gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic field of sales and marketing, as well as understanding customer needs and behaviors.
Key responsibilities
- Support the sales and marketing teams in daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and presentations.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.
- Help organize and execute marketing events and exhibitions.
- Assist in managing social media channels to drive engagement and increase followers.
- Provide support in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the creation of content for social media and marketing materials.
- Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials.
- Help manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support when needed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, campaigns, and trade shows.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google AdWords).
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
