Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern at ProWiz Analytics. As an intern, you will assist in building and nurturing client relationships, supporting sales efforts, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your contributions will play a crucial role in day-to-day operations, enabling the smooth execution of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for client communication, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and concerns.
- Provide support in sales activities, including lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups.
- Assist in managing and organizing sales data, helping to track performance metrics and sales pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations, proposals, and training materials for clients.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, helping to enhance brand visibility.
- Participate in customer service initiatives by providing prompt and effective solutions to client issues.
- Assist with sales management tasks such as report preparation, CRM updates, and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service.
- Demonstrated ability in sales and sales management, with an understanding of basic sales processes.
- Proficient in delivering training materials and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing software is a plus.
