Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers across various platforms, including calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media channels. You will handle customer inquiries, assist walk-in customers, send bills, and manage basic administrative tasks. Additionally, you will assist the Head of Operations in daily business activities and help manage their schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Handle walk-in customers, provide assistance, and facilitate sales.
- Make and send bills to customers.
- Conduct cold calls and sales pitching via direct messaging on Instagram.
- Assist in business operations and manage the Head's schedule.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business communication.
Compensation:
- Pay Scale: 5,000 - 8,000 per month.
