Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Manager (Note:- This is not a SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING JOB)
  • Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing trends, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
  • Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase drive Services
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources appropriately to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, and incorporate innovative ideas into marketing initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, media outlets, and vendors.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and network with potential clients.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a minimum of X years in marketing leadership positions.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools to measure and interpret campaign performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for design and messaging.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Experience in the GeM, Make Tender & Must know How to Tender is Most Important.

  • 00 - 15,000.00 per month
