We are on the lookout for a customer-oriented telesales professional who can leverage outbound and inbound calls to consistently hit sales objectives. The telesales professional at this company will be responsible for receiving incoming calls from clients, up-selling and cross-selling our products and services, maintaining a record of all the calls received and made, and assisting with enquiries from clients.
The telesales executive must also co-operate mutually with concerned teams and departments to address clients problem areas. Our ideal telesales candidate must be able to consistently handle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and be persuasive. Furthermore, the telesales agent should exhibit exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service skills as well as follow sales scripts.
