Job Overview
The Sales and Marketing Intern role at IDC India is a junior-level position located in New Delhi. This is an internship opportunity designed for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The intern will support our sales and marketing teams in executing strategic initiatives aimed at achieving business objectives. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to various facets of our marketing activities and sales strategies.
Qualifications And Skills
- MBA (Final year or Completed)
- Proven work experience in sales or marketing for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years.
- Strong strategic planning skills to assist in the development of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) for maintaining and improving relationships with key clients.
- Capability in sales forecasting to predict future sales trends and outcomes accurately.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals and secure favorable terms.
- Competence in market analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
- Ability to provide sales training to develop and enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Efficient performance management skills to monitor, evaluate, and improve team performance.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Support the sales and marketing teams in executing strategic initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and monitor performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Participate in negotiation processes to secure new partnerships and business opportunities.
- Help organize and conduct sales training sessions for team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the development of performance improvement plans and KPIs for the sales team.
