Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team in the online education sector. As an intern, you will assist in converting leads into enrollments through effective cold calling and sales techniques. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to contribute from any location in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Assist in converting prospective leads into active enrollments via outbound calls.

Cold Calling: Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential students interested in our online education programs.

Sales Support: Communicate the benefits of our courses and programs to support sales efforts.

Goal Achievement: Work towards monthly sales targets and enrollment goals.

Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure high conversion rates.

Customer Engagement: Build relationships with prospective students to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Social Media Moderator: Engage our social media community, create excitement through questions and AB testing for marketing purposes.

• Join Foreign Groups: Increase international awareness of our business and services, focusing on lead generation (30% of your work, with the remaining 70% dedicated to cold calling with incentives based on conversions).

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Sales Ability: Basic persuasion and negotiation skills with a keen interest in sales.
• Goal-Driven: Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.
• Education: Recently completed a bachelor's or masters degree in any field.
• Technology Skills: Comfortable using basic computer applications and willing to learn CRM software.

Remuneration:

• Stipend: Monthly stipend of INR 2,000.
