Postion- Sales and Marketing Expert

Location - Work from Home for 1-2 months, after that, the candidate needs to come to the Bangalore office.

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Sales and Marketing expert to join OneMeal, a growing homemade meal subscription platform based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing and be able to drive both sales and marketing efforts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute advanced digital marketing strategies (SEO, content marketing, social media, PPC).

- Onboard home cooks and tiffin service providers onto the platform.

- Train cooks and tiffin providers to effectively use the OneMeal app.

- Drive customer acquisition through targeted sales campaigns.

- Manage end-to-end sales activities to boost subscription numbers.

- Incentives will be based on performance and onboarding targets.

Ideal Candidate:

- Must have strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, social media, PPC, etc.).

• MBA/BBA Degree required.

Compensation:

- Basic salary plus performance-based incentives.

- Base Salary - 20K

- Incentive -

a) Rs 2200 for every 10 home cooks successfully onboarded and trained.

b) Rs 1800 for every 10 tiffin services successfully onboarded and trained.

c) More incentives based on social media growth and reach. Increase the number of followers, views, likes, and comments on posts and reels.

d) Incentive based on Customer acquisition.
