Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.- Identify and qualify potential customers, including farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and other end-users.
Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiations to close deals and secure orders.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
Collaborate with the product development and operations teams to provide customer feedback and insights. Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our biofertilizer products.
- Develop compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, product catalogues, and digital content.
Manage and optimize our online presence, including the company website and social media channels.- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and generate leads.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Reporting and Coordination:
Prepare and present sales and marketing performance reports to the management team.- Collaborate with the sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the overall business strategy and development of the biofertilizer product line.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the agricultural or biofertilizer industry.
Strong understanding of the biofertilizer market, including customer segments, industry trends, and competitive landscape.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
Proficient in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, as well as tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business needs.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in agriculture or sustainability are preferred.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events as needed.
