Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive at SAR Agro in Pune. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities on a day-to-day basis to enhance business prospects and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Market Planning, Market Research, and Communication skills
• Sales and Marketing expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Previous experience in the agriculture or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Required Skills

Identifying prospective clients from internal database and industry

Introducing company and various company products to prospective clients

Generating leads from existing & potential clients

Pitching various products to generate leads and sending quotations.

Follow up on quotations and booking orders from interested clients.

Coordinating with factory team and dispatching the orders

Payment collection and client relationship management

Planning business on weekly and monthly basis and reporting to management proactively.
